These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you", "your") and maret88 ("maret88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the maret88 website, mobile platform, and all associated services, including but not limited to online casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, and promotional offers.

• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of maret88, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must be acting as an individual in your personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must hold valid banking or payment credentials corresponding to a Malaysian bank account or accepted payment service in your own name.

Each eligible person may register one (1) account on the maret88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual (whether under different names, email addresses, payment instruments, or device identities) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a contact number. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. maret88 shall not be liable for any losses or unauthorised activities resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the maret88 support team immediately via Live Chat. maret88 will investigate and, where appropriate, take measures to secure your account.

By using the maret88 platform, you agree to use it in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. The following uses are expressly prohibited:

• Using the platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purpose, including money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic means to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or unintended platform behaviour. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided, and the relevant account may be suspended.

maret88 reserves the right to monitor account activity at all times. Any account found to be in violation of these use restrictions may be suspended, closed, or referred to the appropriate authorities without prior notice.

maret88 accepts deposits via the following approved payment channels, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified:

• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — instant bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and other participating Malaysian banks
• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Transfer
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT)

The minimum deposit is RM50 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is RM100 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for specific payment methods. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier — refer to the cashier section of the platform for current limits applicable to your account.

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. maret88 reserves the right to request government-issued identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, and proof of address before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is satisfactorily completed.

The name on the bank account or e-wallet used for withdrawals must match the name on your registered maret88 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

All bets and game plays on the maret88 platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game, sport, or betting market. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail for matters directly relating to game mechanics; these Terms shall prevail for all other matters.

Sports betting markets, including football (EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League), UFC, NBA, and other covered events, are subject to the following general conditions:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after placement unless permitted by an in-play cash-out feature where available.
• In the event that an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, the rules applicable to the relevant sport or league shall determine how affected bets are settled. As a general rule, if an event does not commence within 12 hours of the scheduled start time, bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• maret88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were posted erroneously due to technical error or pricing feed failure. Users will be notified of such voidances and stakes returned promptly.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets involving two or more selections follow standard parlay settlement rules. If one selection is voided, the parlay reverts to a parlay with one fewer selection; the odds are adjusted accordingly.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet, per event, and per day apply and are displayed in the relevant betting section of the platform. Bets that would result in payouts exceeding these limits may be restricted or declined.

Casino games on the maret88 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game RTP percentages are published in the relevant game information section. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform and its content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities as contemplated by these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or creating derivative works from any platform content without the express written permission of maret88;
• Using the maret88 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any context not expressly authorised by maret88;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software components of the platform;
• Screen-scraping, data-mining, or extracting platform content for commercial purposes.

Any breach of these intellectual property restrictions may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable laws. maret88 reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies in respect of such breaches.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, maret88 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or gambling winnings;
• Service interruptions, system downtime, technical errors, or platform unavailability;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security;
• Errors or delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment service providers including Malaysian banks, FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, or Boost;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that is inaccurate due to technical error or data feed failure.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. maret88 makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit maret88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

maret88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time and without prior notice if maret88 has reasonable grounds to believe that the User has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Provision of false or misleading registration information;
• Operation of multiple accounts;
• Suspected money laundering or any activity that raises AML concerns;
• Exploitation of software errors or engagement in bonus abuse;
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of dishonest play;
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions with payment providers;
• Any activity that maret88 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform.

Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, maret88 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any funds derived from the prohibited activity will be forfeited. Funds deposited in good faith and not forming part of the prohibited activity will be returned to the User's verified payment method at maret88's discretion.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the Live Chat support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any Real Money Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, subject to completion of KYC and any applicable wagering requirements, will be returned via the User's verified withdrawal method.

maret88 reserves the right to amend, revise, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Users' rights, obligations, or the commercial terms of the platform — maret88 will notify affected registered Users via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notification on the platform.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the maret88 platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact the support team to arrange account closure.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which maret88 holds its operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between maret88 and a registered User, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through maret88's internal dispute resolution process by submitting a formal complaint via the Live Chat support channel or by email to the support address listed on this platform. maret88 will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavour to provide a resolution within 14 business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may pursue resolution through the dispute resolution mechanism specified by the platform's operating licence authority. maret88 will co-operate fully with any such process.
